Team building is essential for fostering camaraderie and collaboration. Our recent event was packed with engaging activities that brought everyone together. It definitely makes our company more like a team as a gift company.
We started with a lively game of rock-paper-scissors, where laughter filled the room as colleagues faced off in friendly competition. Then came the hilarious “plastic bag challenge,” where teams worked together to inflate and pop bags using only their breath—If you failed then your team failed. It made our relationship more stable and important instead of only colleagues.
