As a gift company, the first half of the year is usually a quiet season. However, we still took part in the recent trade event to competite with other company, even though we didn’t win.
Despite the result, this period of hard work and dedication taught us a lot of valuable lessons that we often overlooked in our daily works. We learned more about the growing demand for customized gifts and corporate gifts, and the importance to give different offers such as small MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) to better cater to our clients’ needs.
This experience has made us more aware of market trends and how to improve our service. We look forward to applying these insights to better serve our customers and enhance our offerings moving forward. And hopefully we will make more and more new gifts in the coming months!
